My sincere condolences to Suus, Gail, Andrew and Brian. Words can't really express how saddened I am to hear of your loss. As my uncle, my favourite memory of Jan was the time I spent at his house in St Lambert when I was very young, and it was just him and I together. He broadened my worldly knowledge at the time with several important things like ice cream and huge ships in the locks. I also recall being sent home on the train with a small willow tree that is now a huge weeping willow along the 1000 Islands Parkway near Mallorytown. Thanks for those memories, Jan!
