I was saddened when i heard of Earl's passing. He was a extraordinary person and was always such a pleasure to talk with. He would make me smile whenever I would speak to him and the first thing he would do was call me "Higgybaby". He was always in a good mood no matter the situation and worked harder than anyone I know. I will truly miss him. My heart goes out to his family.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Arlene and the entire Raymond Family at this very sad time. Unfortunately we are in Florida and will be unable to attend the service but would like to express our deepest sympathy to all. We have lost a very dear friend and will miss his humor and wit but will always remember the good times we had with Earl & Arlene as we travelled with the Orillia Old Timers Hockey Team. Once again, our deepest sympathy.

To one of the greatest people I have ever known; You have been an inspiration. You taught me how to read, and made me love reading. The countless times we would curl up on the couch, and you would read story after story to me, over and over again. And then, once you had read me enough stories, enough times, I could finally read them to you. As I grew older, you continued to teach me things. You would pick me up to take me to work, and make me get into the driver's seat and practice my driving. I will never forget how mad my dad was that you let me drive. You have been such a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and this is why saying goodbye to you is so hard. I cant imagine how things will be without you here. No one to protect me when my dad tries to bother me, no one to put Nan in her place when she gets mad at you for opening up the chocolate milk. You will be missed by more people than you can imagine and know that you are always in my thoughts and prayers. i love and miss you more than anything poppa.
