Obituary of Earl Raymond

Raymond: Earl Ryan Peacefully at his home with family at his side on Wednesday March 16th, 2011. Earl Raymond of Orillia beloved husband of Arlene Raymond (nee Bisset) for 50 years. Loving father of Blair (Lianne) of Orillia and Leslie Raymond of Thornton. Proud grandfather of Taylor and Spencer. Dear brother of Albert (predeceased) and his wife Helen of Sault Ste Marie. Remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Dear brother-in law of Ann and her husband Ralph Petrant of Sudbury. Earl was a volunteer for the Orillia Public Library and Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital. He also played for the Orillia Old Timers Hockey Club. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street E. Orillia on Sunday March 20th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Monday March 21st at 11 a.m. Memorial donations to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Oncology Unit would be appreciated by the family.
