To the Taggart family. It surely must have been wonderful to have such a cheerfull person in your family. I know he lit up the Orillia Gun Club when he came in on a Sunday when I worked there. Always a gentleman, always cheerfull,and always generous with his time and ready to help anyone who neeeded his guidance. I shall never forget him. I feel blessed for knowing him. I am so sorry for your loss.
