Obituary of Ian Taggart

Taggart: Ian At the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Monday April 16th, 2012 in his 73rd year. Ian Taggart of Orillia, much loved husband of Kathleen Diane (Kathy) Taggart (nee Hiorns) of 42 years. Dear brother of Alec (Shirley) of R.R. #7 Orillia and Jean (Bart Duns) of Kingston. Dear brother-in law of Barbara (Frank Gauthier) of Orillia and Allen Hiorns (Catherine) of Mount Albert. Loving godfather and uncle of Kevin (Laura) and Ryan (Melissa); and uncle of Wayne, April, Steven, Glen, Pam, Jeffery, Randy and Sierra. Great uncle to Liam, Connor, Aiden, Aimeé and Kyle. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home-38 James Street E. Orillia on Friday April 27th, from 1 p.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. Memorial donations to the Salvation Army or Branch 34 of the Royal Canadian Legion Orillia would be appreciated by the family.
